Welcome to Real Neal Sports. By accessing or using our website, booking sessions, or participating in our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you are enrolling a minor, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and accept these terms on their behalf.
1. Services Offered
We provide personal fitness training to individuals aged 7 and older. Services may include one-on-one training, group sessions, in-person programs, and virtual offerings.

2. Eligibility
Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete registration, consent forms, and payments. Children under age 13 must have verifiable parental consent before we collect any personal data.

3. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations
All sessions must be paid in advance.
You may cancel or reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours' notice.
No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Refunds are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed for missed or unused sessions.
