Mike Neal has been a sports performance engineer for the last 15 years perfecting his craft and continually growing. After earning a masters degree in Biomechanics, he began to enhance athletes for high level performance. It also helps that he's an east county legend with a retired youth and high school jersey.
Mike trains over 17 different sports. These sports include football, basketball, gymnastics and fencing. Of course he has his specialties but being able to train across the board allows him to apply certain techniques to other sports that other trainers wouldn't think to do. He has become niched in developing overall elite athletes. Plus he's Saint Mary's Basketball Team Strength Coach.
Damion Wynne, has 15 years of coaching experience includes both baseball and fastpitch softball. He has spent the last 7 years solely dedicated to teaching and developing student-athletes in women's fastpitch, including stints with the Delta Diamonds and Grapettes. Damion's effectiveness on the dirt is highlighted not only by his ability to develop and tune solid fundamental skills in his players, but his desire to build and nurture the leadership traits required of high level, elite athletes.
Aside from his on-field head coaching duties, Damion is able to leverage skills from his career as an enterprise sales professional to build relationships with college recruiters and coaches. Extremely focused, his goal is to expose his Lady Magic player prospects to college opportunities not just by competing at the highest levels of the sport, but also ensuring his student-athletes understand the best practices of the recruiting process.
