JR Elite
Ages 10-14

This specialized program is designed to build athleticism in youth athletes by teaching them the how, what, and why behind proper athletic movement.

This one-of-a-kind sports performance program is designed to elevate competitive athletes both mentally and physically. Through comprehensive movement training, targeted drills, and skill development, athletes learn to perform at their absolute peak.

We teach proper running and sprinting mechanics—the how and the why—to build efficient, powerful movement.
• Strength:
Athletes develop strength through weight training and explosive movements, with coaching focused on proper form, safety, and efficiency.
• Athleticism:
We train functional movement—jumping, landing, reactive work, change of speed, and controlled, intentional movement patterns.
• Injury Prevention:
We emphasize proper warm-ups, mobility, and stretching, teaching athletes how to protect and care for their bodies for long-term performance.

Elite Baseball & Softball
High School & Up
This program is designed to develop rotational power, bat speed, and overall athletic performance specific to baseball and softball athletes. Players learn to react quickly through lateral movement training while enhancing hand-eye coordination and swing efficiency.
Our strength component focuses on building lower-body and core power, along with targeted arm-care work to protect and “bulletproof” the shoulders and elbows.

Speed & Recovery School

Speed & Recovery is a one-of-a-kind class that blends stretching, mobility training, and the education behind why they matter. Athletes learn proper running mechanics—how to run, accelerate, decelerate, and maintain top-end speed safely and efficiently.
Let’s be real: speed is the name of the game.
This class teaches athletes how to improve both linear and lateral speed while supporting their bodies through proper recovery work. Built for all ages and all sports, it’s the perfect combination of performance and longevity.

Beach Training
All Ages & Sports
Our sand workouts are second to none—designed to develop stronger, more resilient athletes while reducing injury risk. Training in the sand provides a low-impact but high-intensity environment that strengthens the ankles, knees, and hips on an unstable surface.
Athletes run, jump, change direction, and move explosively in the sand, building agility, conditioning, and overall endurance. This program helps athletes become lighter on their feet and better prepared to compete through entire games and matches.

Mat & Mobility

Focuses on the powerful classical movements of mat pilates, blended with dynamic athletic exercises that help your body stretch deeply, move freely, and build a stronger, more resilient foundation.
